Our helping hands team, composed mostly of rural women, plays a critical role in ironing, finishing, and packing. By providing fair wages, stable livelihoods, and skill development, we empower women to achieve financial independence. Many of them have progressed into supervisory and leadership roles, ensuring gender balance and long-term inclusion within our factories.
