At Deeps Texstyles, supply chain transparency isn’t just a promise — it’s how we operate, every single day. From regenerative cotton farms to ethical factories and final delivery, each stage is carried out with care, rigorous standards, and respect for people and planet.
What makes our supply chain unique is the long-standing relationships we have built with our partners. Most of our suppliers and subcontractors have worked with us for over one to two decades. This depth of trust and continuity allows us to ensure consistent quality, accountability, and ethical practices year after year.
Cotton Farming & Regenerative Agriculture
Ploughman Agro Private Limited
Our journey begins in the cotton fields. We use regenerative farming methods - soil-health conservation, crop rotation, reduced chemical use - to grow organic cotton. Farmers and agronomists we work with are committed to biodiversity and environmental responsibility.
GINNING
Tikamasa Dulichand Natural Fibres Limited
After harvest, cotton is ginned to separate fibre from seeds. Our ginning partners follow high standards for safety and resource efficiency, ensuring fibre purity while supporting fair wages and clean practices.
YARN SPINNING
Armstrong Spinning Mills
Cotton fibres are spun into yarn under strict certification controls (GOTS, Fairtrade), ensuring consistent strength and softness. Worker safety, fair wages, and low-impact processes are key to this stage.
Weaving
Zenith Enterprises
Our weaving partners craft strong and consistent fabrics that serve as the base for apparel, bags, and home textiles. With decades of collaboration, we ensure quality workmanship, efficiency, and compliance with sustainability standards.
KNITTING
Mittal Knitwear
Knitting transforms spun yarn into flexible and versatile fabrics. Our partners use modern technology alongside skilled labour to achieve precision, while minimising waste and energy usage.
Dyeing & Finishing
Mahadev Fabrics
Colours and finishes are applied using low-impact dyes, advanced water treatment, and effluent control systems. Our dyeing partners are GOTS and Oeko-Tex certified, ensuring safe, durable, and eco-friendly results.
CUTTING
in-House
Fabric cutting is managed in-house, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and waste reduction. By controlling this step, we maintain high consistency and resource optimisation.
PRINTING
in-House
Printing — screen, digital, or customised — is done under clean, supervised conditions with eco-friendly inks. This ensures designs are vibrant, long-lasting, and safe for users.
STITCHING
in-House
Experienced artisans and apprentices combine skill and precision to produce apparel, bags, workwear, and home textiles. Ethical conditions, fair wages, and continuous training underpin this department.
FINISHING
in-House
After stitching, products undergo pressing, trimming, and preparation for final presentation. Each item is reviewed for uniformity, presentation, and finish.
QUALITY CONTROL
in-House
Our QC team runs multi-stage inspections to ensure strict adherence to specifications. Stitching integrity, sizing, and safety are checked thoroughly, ensuring only the best products move forward.
